You should sleep on your back for a night with a pillow propped up under your legs. It'll make your back pain a whole lot better in the AM... assuming that you don't toss and turn in your sleep.
-Acutally, I happen to be quite restless when I sleep and sometimes I wake up on the other side of my bed upside down or something crazy like that. I also kick a lot...I've accidentally kicked my dog many many times. :( Not real hard though...
-I drink water. I've started to not drink milk...maybe that's it?

the number one cause of back pain is dehydration!
the number one cause of butt pain is mean people.
drink some water or kick some butt as appropriate.
